FAQs

How can I contact you if I have questions or there is a problem with my order?

The best way to reach me is by email at worldtreeartjourneys@gmail.com . Emails are generally answered within 24 hours Monday through Friday or on the next business day following a weekend or holiday.

How soon will I get my order?

In house turn around time is 3-5 business days. This is in addition to shipping time.  Altogether, you should expect to receive your order in 10-14 days

When will my item ship?

Orders are shipped Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders must be placed by 4 P.M. Eastern Time on Mondays in order to ship on Tuesdays and by 4 P.M. Eastern Time on Thursday in order to ship on Friday.

Why does my PayPal receipt say "Reclaimed Paint"?

Reclaimed Paint was the name of the shop I originally started on Michaels' MakerSpace before I branched out into in person sales and having my own website. Paypal won't let me change it, but it is still me

Do you accept returns?

Yes, returns, refunds and exchanges are allowed, but certain conditions do apply please see our return policy for full details

Do you do commissions?

I do not do commissions at this time. Given the nature of my art, it's a bit complicated. Someone could request a painting of a specific song, but there is no guarantee that the colors and images I perceive when I listen to the song will match a client's expectations.

Where are you located?

I am currently based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. (No, I'm not MAGA)

Do you do studio visits/tours?

Not at this time

Is local pick up available?

Not currently

Are you "Woke"?

Yep.

I really like your art but I'm not ready to buy a painting right now, is there another way to support your work?

Yes, thank you for asking. You can support my work by leaving a tip or subscribing monthly to my ko-fi page

I'm interested in a piece from your latest collection but it hasn't been released yet. Where can I get updates and find out when it becomes available?

Thank you for the interest. While I do post to social media (click the links at the top of the page to view my accounts) the best way to keep up to date with studio news and the launches of new collections is to subscribe to my newsletter. (Spam free, I promise!)
